DAInamics  first came to know about Thye Hua Kwan (THK) Moral Society through Dai Yang Tian’s (DYT’s) involvement in its Charity Show over Mediacorp Channel 8 in 2010. We were invited to THK Appreciation Dinner where we saw many received awards of appreciation for their volunteer work not for one year, not two but for three decades, and that moved us very much.

DAInamics official anniversary was round the corner. We thought of engaging ourselves in a more meaningful activity to mark the occasion. Thus we approached THK and after a few rounds of meeting, we have decided on the recent activity.

On 9 July, we gathered everyone at MacPherson MRT station before heading for THK Moral Senior Activity Centre in the vicinity. After placing our gifts on the table, welcoming the elderly who have signed up for the event, chatted with them, we began our event with an introduction of DYT via Mediacorp TV drama DVD, “Together”. We continued with singing by our member, Estelle before rounds of “Bingo” game began. More singing by Jasmine, chorused by Anollec, Joanne and Phyllis. Time flew and we wrapped up the morning’s event with food and drinks for the elderly.

Firstly, we would like to thank DYT, it is because of him that enabled us to gather as a group; next, we would like to thank THK for this opportunity of doing something meaningful; a BIG thank you to the 19 of you (the 20^th one could not turn up due to last minute engagement) who turned up at the THK-SAC event, you have made DYT & DAInamics proud. You have brought joy, laughter and warmth to the elderly at the THK-SAC. From the numerous candid shots which saw some of you wrapping arms round the shoulders of the elderly and holding their hands, chatting with them etc which, all in all brought about heart-warming scenes. I was very happy, I think DAInamics members were too. Afterall, there is a Chinese saying, "It's more blessed to give than to receive".

The DAInamics group adjourned for lunch and a simple cake-cutting ceremony. Lunch, singing of birthday song , cake-cutting ceremony and chitter-chatter before we headed for the bus stop to wait for DYT’s PROfresh bus.

A simple day out with members of DAInamics is something we hope to achieve once in a while. Nice to have everyone gather together to share our daily happenings, go for a movie or even a cycling trip etc. This is only our first year…way to go…DAInamics!!!

戴世无双是在去年戴阳天所参与的新传媒节目《太和观一心一德为善乐》认识了德教太和观慈善机构。我们受邀出席了《太和观》的晚宴。在宴会上看到领奖的热心义工们所付出的爱心不是一年、两年的时间，而是30年。 

在戴世无双的一周年即将到来时，我们想在当天做些有意义之事。我们向德教太和观慈善机构询问有关当义工之事。我们在几次会议过后，决定于这次的活动。 

7月9日当天，我们先聚集在麦波申地铁站，然后才前往乐龄活动中心。把礼物放下后，我们欢迎参与当天活动的乐龄人士，与他们聊天，然后播放了一段有戴阳天主演，新传媒制作《当我们同在一起》来介绍我们的偶像。接下来的节目就是与乐龄人士玩Bingo游戏及由Estelle 、Jasmine、Anollec、Joanne和Phyllis 唱歌给他们听。时间就这么飞逝而过，我们把食物/水分配给他们后也就结束了一个早上的活动了。相信会员们也跟我一样开心吧，因为大家都持着《施比受更有福》的观念。 wo1 wo事必守根

我们先谢谢戴阳天的出现使我们这群支持者有机会聚集在一起；谢谢德教太和观慈善机构给了我们这个机会完成一项有意义的活动；更要谢谢19位戴世无双的会员们（第20位临时有事无法出席活动）的热心参与这项活动，你让戴阳天及戴世无双为你们而感到骄傲。你们把欢乐、爽朗的笑声、温情带给乐龄活动中心里的阿公、阿嫲。从无数张照片中，看到你们与乐龄人士搭肩还有握着他们的手，与他们聊天，呈现了温馨感人的画面，温情满人间的一面。 wowo

过后戴世无双会员继续我们的庆生活动，午餐、唱生日歌，还有切蛋糕仪式，然后就到巴士站等待戴阳天PROfresh的巴士。 

戴世无双会员们就这样愉快的度过了一天，我们希望我们能偶尔出来聚一聚。很高兴大家能在一块儿聊聊天、看看电影、或者骑骑脚车等。今年只是第一年…路还遥远…加油哦…戴世无双！！！

7月7日是DAInamics戴阳天粉丝会的一周岁生日，与其精心策划一个只有会员们参与的庆祝活动，倒不如安排一个既难忘又更具意义的庆祝会。于是会员们在7月9日当天到了《太和观》乐龄活动中心当义工。我们除了与阿公阿嬷互动、玩游戏，还献上了两首歌曲娱乐大家。此外，我们事先也准备了一些小礼物当游戏的奖品送给老人家，让他们也感受得到被关怀的温暖。所谓独乐乐，不如众乐乐，施比受更有福嘛。开心其实可以很简单，看着乐龄人士个个脸上露出的笑容，想必大伙儿此时此刻都能感受到那份喜悦吧。
 
忙了一个上午，离开了《太和观》乐龄活动中心，肚子也开始抗议了。我们因此先到了食阁享用午餐。接着，庆祝生日又怎么能少得了蛋糕呢？会长端出预先购买的蛋糕，大伙儿开开心心拍着大合照，唱着生日歌，吃着蛋糕，让这具有纪念性的一周年庆祝会划下美丽的句点。

Today is indeed a very enjoyable & meaningful day for me. I was looking forward & excited as it was my first time to celebrate DAInamics first-year anniversary with Dai Yang Tian fans and also doing Volunteer Work at the Senior Citizens Centre. This is also the first time whereby I played the Bingo game with so many elderly. It was fun-filled and exciting, especially while waiting for the last no. to be called out before that colour completes the line. I was glad to see that almost all the elderly were involved in the game and they were enjoying themselves. Throughout the day, though I couldn’t really speak/understand their language well, I’m still glad to be their listener and also to be able to keep them company. We had also enjoyed listening to the nice songs brought to us by Estelle & Jasmine. When Dai’s “Together drama” dvd is being shown on screen, one of the elderly beside me even told me this drama had been shown on tv before & Dai is handsome!:)

Would like to thank Anollec for the hardwork & effort she had put in for all the arrangements for today. It has made DAInamics first-year anniversary a very special & meaningful one, not only it brings joy, warmth & love to the elderly but also it brings our fan club members more closely together. Looking forward to more events/gatherings with DYT and our club members in the near future:)

"This was a really great experience for me, mainly because I have never really dealt with the elderly that much except for my grandparents. I was quite surprised that they were so familiar with the “bingo” game and quite excited over it, it was really great to see them enjoying the game throughout."

The event this time round is really very meaningful and memorable. In fact, I've always been interested in doing volunteer work, however, it was hard to find chances to do so. Thanks to DAInamics, I've finally fulfilled this wish of mine. Being able to put smiles on the elders' faces, it really feels great. They are really cheerful. When they took me by my hand, memories of my late grandma flashed across my mind. She too, love to hold my hand like this. That's a kind of feeling which no words can describe. The elders were asking us why is it that DYT didn't went with us that day, with a tinge of disappointment on their faces. We felt so bad seeing them disappointed. We hope we are able to bring DYT along the next time round, to cheer up the elders even more, and not let them be disappointed again.. Lastly, it really felt great celebrating DAInamics 1st anniversary with everyone. I believe we'll spend the many anniversaries of DAInamics awaiting ahead of us together!! 这次的活动真的很有意义， 也非常难忘。 其实一直以来我都有想过要参加义工活动， 不过一直都找不到机会。 谢谢戴世无双给了我这个机会， 实现了我一直以来的心愿。 能让老人家们脸上挂着笑容， 真的很开心。 老人家们也都很开朗。 当他们握着我的手时， 顿时让我想起我那过世多年的外婆。 她也很喜欢这样握着， 抚摸着我的手。 那种感觉是言语和字句所无法形容的。 老人家们都在问我们， 怎么小戴没来， 甚至还露出些许失望的表情， 让我们看了好不舍。 希望下次我们真的能把小戴带去， 让老人家们开心开心， 别让他们失望了。。 最后， 真的很高兴能和大家一起庆祝戴世无双的一周年纪念。 相信我们一定会一起度过以后戴世无双的每一个周年纪念！！！ 生日快乐！！   *\(^o^)/*   *\(^o^)/*

It was my first outing with DAInamics and I was the only malay member. And  I'm naturally shy with people I just meet.The members talked to me and tried getting to know me better.They always checked with me and made sure I was not left out. I really felt welcome by DAInamics.

We went to the Senior Activity Centre first. We mixed around and tried to get to know the elderly better. Most of the elderly spoke Mandarin and Cantonese. I thought it would be awkward for me since I don't speak Mandarin or Cantonese at all. Thankfully, there were a couple of elderly who spoke and understood English well. I managed to converse and get to know them better. It was heartwarming experience to get to know them better. The elderly I talked to was from Melaka. She told me about why she came to singapore and why she didn't want to live with her family. She didn't want to be a burden to them. We then had a sing a long session and played bingo. The elderly sitting with me kept choosing the colour red. She said it was her lucky colour. Well,I guess it was since she won a present! :D She was so happy to receive a present. After that, it was their lunch time. The elderly ate a little and then, some of them kept the remainder so that they could continue eating it for dinner. Before the elderly left, some of them thanked us for spending time with them and asked us to visit them again whenever we are free. Some even told us to bring Dai Yang Tian along when we visit them again!

After spending time with the elderly, we went to 313@somerset for lunch and cake cutting session for DAInamics 1st anniversary. After that, some of us went to the bus stop to wait for Dai Yang Tian's pro fresh bus which was supposed to come. We waited for 2 hours and around 10 buses of the supposed bus came went. No sign of the pro fresh bus. :( oh well, the day might not have ended as we planned for. But I definitely had fun spending time with the elderly and meeting, and getting to know more DAInamics members. Can't wait till the next outing!^.^
